How to select extensions and devices on your goto desktop/web app

How to change ring settings on softphone GoTo Connect App or web interface.

1.       Click the Ext in the bottom left of your screen

2.       Select the Ext on Softphone that you want to ring on incoming calls. 

Note: Unfortunately, you cannot select both extensions to ring for incoming calls on your desktop app/web app.
