Click the Dial button

Enter *72

Press call button

When you hear the dial tone enter the phone number you would like to forward to, and do not hit any other buttons.

Wait for a couple seconds and you should hear “Call forwarding activated”

To unforward your phone using the web page

Login to https://app.goto.com

Click the Dial button

Enter *73

Press call button

Wait for a couple seconds and you should hear “Call forwarding deactivated”
